I wish that in school, along with Stop-Drop-and-Roll for putting out fires, they also taught how to: Stop… take 3 deep breaths… and then go… whenever you are stressed.
I mean… Can you imagine how many hallway battles that might have solved?
And honestly, how many adults couldn’t use this little bit of advice too?
